• Gcore is in search of an experienced Product Manager to drive key business metrics and objectives for our self-sign-up customers. • This position emphasizes the development of a flawless user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and onboarding process to facilitate a seamless user journey with minimal reliance on sales or support. • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing conversion rates, ROI, revenue growth, and overall user satisfaction. • Strong project management and planning skills are essential for the successful execution of product initiatives. • This role is crucial in ensuring Gcore's self-service customers experience a streamlined, user-friendly journey, while directly contributing to business growth, key product metrics, and effective project execution.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or cloud-based platforms with a focus on self-service customer journeys. • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, user experience design, data analytics, and project management principles. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams like marketing and design. • A data-driven approach with a strong focus on achieving business results while improving user satisfaction. • Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage projects, timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful delivery and strategic alignment.
