Description

• Responsible for collaboration with technical teams to prioritize product development • Own and drive the product backlog and delivery of products to market • Analyze product requests based on value, usability, viability and feasibility • Manage detailed and prioritized Product Backlog including User Stories and Acceptance Criteria • Ensure all Epics and Stories are logged and tracked with clear definitions • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure backlog is refined regularly • Support the training and understanding of the products for internal stakeholders • Collaborate on planning and execution of the release process • Manage communication of priorities, goals and milestones to internal stakeholders • Liaise with Product Manager(s) regarding new product suggestions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or similar in Business, Information Technology or related fields from an accredited college or university • 5 years of Product Owner experience (preferred), Product Management, Project Management or subject matter expertise in similar products or similar/parallel industries • At least three years of establishing priorities and achieving results through cross-functional teams • Healthcare background preferred • Experience in project planning, analysis and implementation strongly desired • Good verbal and written communicator both vertically and horizontally • Use of Dev tracking software (e.g. JIRA) • Navigation within the software and the various environments
