Description

• Founded in 2014, FNA’s mission is to make the financial system safer and more efficient • The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide leadership and serve as a credible, knowledgeable and trusted resource who collaborates with the Executive Team, Business Unit Leaders, Board of Directors and Investors to build a profitable and resilient organization • This role will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and preparing it for a successful future

Requirements

• Proven track record as a CFO or Finance Director scaling a SaaS company from £5M in ARR and beyond • Fluent in SaaS financials and metrics and comfortable leading board interactions • Able to drive strategy but maintains a ‘hands-on’ approach • Strong financial modeling background with a fluent understanding of R&D and Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) nuances • Thrives in small teams with frequently changing priorities and operates with a sense of urgency • An excellent communicator, spoken and written
