📋 Description
• Play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products • Lead testing efforts and mentor testers • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members • Test intricate new and existing features with a focus on thoroughness and accuracy • Demonstrate expert knowledge in specific areas of Focus • Develop comprehensive test plans for large and complex features • Maintain testing quality and deliver results efficiently • Ensure the highest quality of testing with minimal defects and bugs • Conduct root cause analysis for defects • Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing • Experience with Focus or education software, or experience testing complex software • Proven experience in mentoring and leading testing teams • Expertise in developing test plans and executing complex test cases • Strong understanding of SQL, debugging tools, and web technologies such as PHP and JavaScript are nice to have • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high testing standards • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
