We are looking for a friendly and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) who'll start cold calls to businesses. Your primary objective will be to cultivate high-quality, qualified leads for our sales team. Throughout each interaction, you'll skillfully inquire about their existing business landscape, assess their goals, and ascertain their requirements for compliance solutions, including comprehensive background screening offerings. • Our perfect candidate is characterized by their competitive spirit, enthusiasm, and above all, their determination to ignite their sales career through the strategic utilization of our comprehensive training program. Requirements

• A strong interest in building a career in sales. • An entrepreneurial mindset – you should be eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths. • A go-getter attitude that displays initiative and persistence • Cold calling and sales training is a plus, but not required.
