β€’ Job Overview: β€’ We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team at Inspiroz, focusing on lead generation and full-cycle sales. β€’ The ideal candidate will work closely with our president, taking ownership of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, while building long-lasting relationships with educational institutions. β€’ About Inspiroz: β€’ We provide technology strategy and managed services to charter and independent schools, helping them achieve exceptional student outcomes through effective IT solutions. β€’ Our mission-driven approach has positioned us as a leader in the education technology space, working closely with schools to develop scalable, stable, and secure IT environments. β€’ Key Responsibilities: β€’ Prospecting & Lead Generation. β€’ Full Sales Cycle Management. β€’ Conduct daily outbound calls and emails to set meetings with prospects. β€’ Coordinate with third-party lead generation companies to create sales opportunities. β€’ Attend networking events and build relationships with schools and districts to meet monthly sales targets. β€’ Establish strategic partnerships with organizations to enhance brand awareness and expand revenue. β€’ Visit prospects on-site across key markets, ensuring a strong presence. β€’ Manage leads throughout the sales cycle with professionalism and efficiency. β€’ Log sales activities in HubSpot and maintain an accurate pipeline and sales forecast. β€’ Use tools like newsletters, webinars, and case studies to keep clients engaged. β€’ Build trust with schools through long-term relationship management. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to add value and close deals. β€’ Demonstrate product knowledge and convey value to prospective clients.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years in B2B, full-cycle sales β€’ Experience selling managed services or services preferred. β€’ Ability to self-motivate and work independently with drive, ambition, and hunger. β€’ Ability to assess own limitations, recognize when to ask for help, and effectively collaborate with others. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and present to key stakeholders. β€’ Experience using sales enablement software such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Seamless AI. β€’ Demonstrated ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close business. β€’ Excellent attention to detail. β€’ Strong proposal writing ability and experience. β€’ Demonstrated ability to understand, accept, and engage with people of diverse backgrounds. β€’ Ability to manage a diverse workload.

Benefits
