PHIL is seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. •Focus on lead generation, qualifying business opportunities, and setting meetings with key decision-makers in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. •Play a critical role in driving our growth by building relationships and expanding our customer base.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) •3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably within the health-tech or SaaS industries •Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with decision-makers effectively •Proven track record of achieving sales or lead generation goals •Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track performance •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment •Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for outreach and engagement •Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and contribute to team goals
