• Oversee the onboarding process for new Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) • Develop onboarding programs providing new hires deep understanding of Foley’s products • Ensure BDRs and AEs receive necessary training and resources • Develop ongoing training programs to keep sales team updated • Work closely with marketing and product teams for creating sales collateral • Collaborate with sales leadership refining sales processes • Manage CRM systems and provide training to maximize adoption • Monitor sales performance through KPIs • Be a liaison between sales, marketing, and product team • Create and maintain sales playbooks • Assist in design of sales territories and quota planning • Maintain feedback loop with sales team • Lead change management initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) • Five years plus of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role; ideally within SaaS, B2B, or technology-focused organizations. • Proven track record of onboarding and training BDRs and AEs • Developing programs, managing sales collateral • Working with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities • Proficiency in creating engaging content using tools like Canva or PowerPoint • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Passion for driving efficiency and supporting sales success
