🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial planning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Deep understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, retirement planning, tax strategies, and estate planning • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members • Ability to prioritize independently and in alignment with the firm’s business goals, while also working cohesively in a team-oriented setting • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving innovation and process improvements • Adaptability with a “Top It” mentality - things change and our organization as a whole moves fast - successful Fools are charged by this energy • Passion for Motley Fool Wealth Management’s mission and a commitment to fiduciary excellence • Experience with financial planning software and CRM systems • Certified Financial Planner® designation required • Certified Public Accountant and/or Chartered Financial Analyst® designations are nice-to-haves
