🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on financial services and insurance industries • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and driving large, complex deals • Deep knowledge of financial services and insurance operations, challenges, and digital transformation trends • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with minimal supervision • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
