Description

• Oversee technology impacting members' experience • Lead front-end, back-end, mobile developers, and UX designers • Coordinate projects, participate in interviews, and guide architectural decisions • Enhance capabilities with cutting-edge tools and resources

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building medium to large-scale consumer-facing applications • 5+ years of experience managing teams of developers (10+ people) • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor team members • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Deep understanding of NextJs, React, and vanilla JavaScript • Strong grasp of architectural concepts and experience making high-level architectural decisions • Experience using GraphQL or similar frameworks • Background as a developer and individual contributor in a team setting • Familiarity with Python/Django • Experience working with CDNs and other technology providers to enhance site performance • Proficiency in using AI tooling for development • Experience with Docker • Comfortable working in a remote environment
