• Bilingual (French/English) required. • University/College Degree preferred. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with ability to perform multiple tasks. • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills. • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a high-paced, performance-driven environment. • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings (Monday to Friday up to 10:00 pm EST), some holidays, and some Saturdays (up to 8:00 pm EST). • Proficient PC skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook). • Financial analysis experience. • Risk management, collections, and/or credit decisioning experience.
