Description

• As the Marketing Technology and Governance Lead you will serve as a product owner and support continuous improvement efforts for the MarTech stack to enhance efficiencies and support business strategies. • You will oversee business cases and lead technology projects in partnership with our agency for the Martech stack and internal partners. • You will be viewed as the super-user for Salesforce, Adobe, MS Dynamics, Google Cloud Platform, etc. • Join us and be the eyes, ears, and voice of Ford.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in marketing, Digital Technology, or related field • Minimum of 8 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or similar Martech such as Epsilon, Adobe, etc. experience in high growth companies and extensive experience in marketing technology implementation across highly matrix organizations. • Expert in advanced lead management, including lead life cycle, capturing enrichment, quality, privacy, marketability matching, scoring, routing, and conversion • Partner with stakeholders from various team’s such as sales, operations, legal, product, and engineering • Advocate and get necessary buy-in for new technologies and scalable processes/programs. • Excellence communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with Senior Leadership and key stakeholders. • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders. • Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, and provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on communication and capabilities. • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification Preferred • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Preferred • Prior experience with Adobe, Epsilon Experience, Microsoft Dynamics, and other Martech systems • PMP Certified
