β€’ The Ford Pro Fleet Management Services Team will provide sales and service support for commercial fleet customers contracting for fleet management services. β€’ Fleet Management Technical Support Specialists will assist fleet customers with the management of service and maintenance repairs. β€’ This role will be working in Mountain or Pacific Time zones.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree preferred in automotive-related programs such as, but not limited to, Automotive Technology, Automotive Technology Management, Field Service Operations, Advanced Vehicle Systems, Automotive Engineering Technology, Automotive Service Technology and Automotive Industry Management (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required). β€’ 5+ year’s technical automotive experience required β€’ Current/Prior ASE certification β€’ Prior work experience in a Business Center environment preferred β€’ Must be able to work in the Mountain or Pacific Time zones β€’ Proficient in MS Office Programs, familiarity with MSD and Salesforce CR β€’ Working/Repair knowledge of vehicle classes 1 through 8. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills, both for building relationships with clients and effectively communicating with other members of the sales team β€’ Master Technician preferred β€’ Prior fleet management services experience strongly preferred β€’ Ability to adapt to a dynamic, diverse working environment that develops skilled and motivated people working together to deliver results β€’ Strong desire to be curious, learn, operate with empathy, and never let a customer down β€’ Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate various resource systems β€’ Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus β€’ Collision management experience, including creation, review and oversight of collision repairs is preferred
