Description
• Principal Diagnostics Engineer to help imagine, invent, and implement technology for Ford vehicles. • Foster product innovation, rapid iteration, and significant autonomy on diverse development stack. • Collaborate with stakeholders, ensure top-quality solutions through code reviews, and pair programming.
Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in Networking, Cloud, and System Operations in mission-critical Environments • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex projects and programs. • BSE/BSC or higher. • Experience in Automotive Diagnostics, Flashing or OTA • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including software developers and other stakeholders. • Deep understanding of DevOps and SRE practices in mission-critical critical scenarios. • Familiarity with software engineering tools and technologies. • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with a diverse group of people across different functions. • Automotive Manufacturing and Assembly Experience. • Understanding the industry or domain in which the company operates can be particularly valuable.
