Description

• Lead Customer Identity strategy and develop a unified view of customers. • Collaborate with teams to enhance identity resolution and customer experience. • Drive data governance and compliance with privacy regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on identity resolution, customer data platforms, or related fields. • Deep understanding of identity resolution technologies, methodologies, and best practices, including probabilistic and deterministic matching techniques. • Experience working with customer data across various channels, including web, mobile, in-store, and call center interactions. • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss complex data integration, API, and security concepts with engineering teams. • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for identity management. • Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), Master Data Management platforms (MDMs), data management platforms (DMPs), Graph Databases, time series data or similar technologies. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets and translate them into product requirements. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority across various levels of the organization. • Experience in developing and maintaining roadmaps, writing PRDs, and working in an Agile development environment. • Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in customer identity and personalization is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field with complementary work experience. • MBA or a Master's degree preferred.
