Description

• Organize and coordinate discovery of new strategic initiatives. • Plan, prioritize, track, and support project completion for cross-functional strategic initiatives. • Build, organize, and maintain project documentation and reporting. • Participate in deep dive analysis of cross-functional challenges and opportunities, including scoping of programs and prototypes to test hypotheses. • Ensure project timelines are properly communicated, including milestones and changes to scope of work. • Work directly across the entire organization to document progress and action items. • Work directly with Product’s software development teams to incorporate successful programs into roadmaps. • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in the organization to ensure deep understanding of their core problem statements and key drivers while demonstrating complete follow-through and world-class customer service.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skill to faces new challenges head-on. • Insatiable curiosity for business knowledge, ready to learn every aspect of the platform and speak to “what”, “why”, and “how”. • Exceptional organizational skills to keep the facts straight. • Project management experience required. • Keen analytical skills that bring opportunity to light. • Advanced Excel, SQL and BI tool skills preferred. • Scrappiness and persistence – you’ll troubleshoot user issues, run field research, and generally do whatever it takes to get your projects shipped with quality. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A natural bent for discovering opportunities for improvement and proactively working toward a solution without clear direction. • Diligence to meet deadlines. • Resourcefulness to work with other departments and get things done.
