Description

• As the Global Talent Acquisition Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to bring our Ford purpose to life by developing and delivering meaningful data and insights to measure and improve experience, performance, ROI, and planning and projections. • You will have primary responsibility for supporting and leading design, build, and delivery of our global TA reporting and analytics strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Business, HR, IT, or related field • 3+ years’ experience with SQL, Python, Java, and/or PowerBI • 2+ years managing Talent Acquisition and/or HR data team and data strategy, including dashboard design, process and systems analysis, and on-time data delivery • 2+ years’ experience creating dashboards, bringing multiple disparate data sets and metrics together in PowerBI or Visier
