📋 Description
• Seasoned CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) Engineer with background in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Simulations to guide and perform full vehicle thermal analysis • Partner with Thermal program engineer to develop the right thermal environment for all under hood/body components • Collaborating across the CAE programs and all other key work partners throughout the company.
🎯 Requirements
• Masters of Science in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or higher with a focus on fluid mechanics/heat transfer/HV Battery • 3+ years of experience in the field of Product Engineering • 5+ years of experience in using CFD and CAD tools to perform full vehicle thermal CFD analysis. Required tools: Catia/3DX/TeamCenter, ANSA/Hypermesh, TAITherm, CCM+/ UH3D/OpenFOAM, EnSight, etc. • Familiarity with major OEM/Ford GPDS vehicle development process • Familiarity with vehicle under hood/body components (ICE, FHEV, PHEV) • CAE project leadership experience (team lead) • Experience working with global team environment
