Description

• Manage the full sales cycle, owning opportunities all the way from initial prospecting to closing deals • Generate at least 50% of your own pipeline and closed revenue without using marketing, SDRs etc • Work with our SCs, to deliver online demos to prospects - AE is expected to be demoing their current solution • Follow a clear and well documented sales process and maintaining rigorous CRM updates (we use Gong to make this easier) • Understand your deals and forecasting accurately. Knowing what to work on and where to leverage support to close business

Requirements

• A genuine passion and knowledge of the craft of sales • Demonstrable proven process and approach that is currently generating to generate own pipeline and closed revenue (at least 50% will be self generated) - and be on top of the KPIs that you currently work to • High levels of curiosity and a love of asking the tough questions • A drive to improve and an urgency to achieve your personal and professional goals • Coachability & adaptability - and an understanding of the difference • Creativity and intelligence • Demonstrable preparation for meetings and quality follow up • Fundamental discovery and qualification skills • Deep knowledge and proficiency in pipeline management and regular accurate forecasting using a defined process / methodology • Experience of a multi-stakeholder sales process with a proven ability to coordinate internal teams effectively in sales engagements
