• Responsible for the sales and promotion of telescopic boom products in the U.S. market. • Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, providing professional product consultation and services. • Gather market information and conduct competitor analysis to provide references for product improvement and marketing strategies. • Manage the sales team, guiding team members to achieve sales targets.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. • Over 3 years of sales experience in related industries, with a background in marine engineering equipment sales preferred. • Familiar with the U.S. market, with good market insight and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of establishing and maintaining customer relationships. • Good team management and leadership abilities. • Fluent in English communication, proficiency in a second language is preferred.
