• 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success with a SaaS B2B product. • Proven record of exceeding expansion and retention goals. • B2B SaaS experience with complex technical products. • Startup experience (less than 100 employees). • Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.). • Expertise in robotics, agricultural, inspection, or facility maintenance industries. • Excellent communicator.
