Description

• Provide support in project management, content development, media relations, and partner engagement. • Collaborate with creative, writing, and communications staff for quality services to federal clients. • Support coordination and tracking of project timelines and deliverables. • Prepare client-facing materials and documentation. • Develop content and strategic communications plans. • Support media relations and digital marketing activities. • Research potential partners and provide logistics support for partner activities. • Show initiative and ask meaningful questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • Experience 2+ years in project management support and marketing strategy/strategic planning. • Experience supporting various facets of communications and marketing plans including strategy development media relations, social media marketing, and project management. • Excellent organization, writing editing, and oral communication skills. • Basic project management skills. • Strong quality control, proof-reading, and written communication skills. • Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to federal contract requirements. • Previous agency experience preferred. • Background or interest in public health especially with HHS, NIH, and/or CDC preferred. • Experience with Microsoft Teams preferred.
