• Community Preparedness and Resilience Researcher to deliver programmatic, evaluation, and communication support for FEMA Resilience programs. • Coordinate efforts to assess, design, implement, and promote disaster resilience programs. • Design evidence-based programming that drives disaster resilience outcomes. • Collaborate with program, communications, and research leads.

Requirements

• At least 8 years’ experience designing, implementing and evaluating emergency management and disaster resilience programs. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; Master’s degree preferred. • Experience building monitoring and evaluation frameworks for disaster resilience programs. • Experience with emergency management stakeholders including state, local, tribal, and territorial partners. • Experience leading national qualitative and quantitative data collection. • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data analysis for program improvements. • Success in matrixed organizations. • Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check.
