β€’ Lead team and partner with practice areas to develop a pipeline of opportunities. β€’ Drive the capture of opportunities from identification to proposal development. β€’ Develop final win themes, strategies, and value propositions. β€’ Lead technical and management solution development. β€’ Manage B&P budget and update as needed. β€’ Supervise and assign tasks to a matrixed team of specialists. β€’ Support growth and training of team members.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience. β€’ At least 5 years in leading captures and proposal development for Federal Government clients. β€’ Preferred experience in Research and/or Human Capital Services. β€’ Experience with GovWin system and a CRM system. β€’ Ability to quickly demonstrate strong leadership throughout the process. β€’ Strong collaboration and driving teams to complete tasks. β€’ Excellent oral and written communication skills. β€’ Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check.
