🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on 8+ years of recent Customer Success Engineer or Professional Services experience implementing an enterprise technology platform. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong technical skills are required. Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Python and encryption technologies like HSM, KMIP, PKI, JCE is preferred. • Ability to work in a highly fast paced, rapid growth environment. • Fundamental understanding of networking and TCP/IP. • Knowledge of a wide range of technologies including Database (MSSQL, Oracle, Snowflake, MySQL), Storage, Virtualization, Containers, and Network Load Balancers. • Experience with designing resilient architectures. • Ability to produce technical documentation. • Advanced knowledge of Encryption and Key Management. • Intermediate knowledge of scripting languages.
