• Blink is a security automation copilot that generates automated workflows to handle repetitive tasks or enforce security policies – simply by typing a prompt. • Customer Success Engineers at Blinkops serve as the trusted technical advisors for our customers being a critical intersection of technical expertise and a focus on customer value. • The goal is to help our customers to become successful and enthusiastic champions. • Success Engineers also spend time improving documentation, building scalable resources and finding ways to more effectively and when possible proactively resolve customer questions.
• 2+ years of proven experience in SecOps and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Consulting, or related disciplines). • Background in security concepts and familiarity with security solutions and methodologies. • Experience implementing processes for CS teams , improving internal workflows, and building methodologies. • Ability to manage customers on both business and technical levels . • Experience with growth initiatives , land-and-expand strategies, and health evaluations of customer accounts. • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and identify patterns in customer experiences. • Strong commitment to learning the intricacies of a complex technical product. • Accountability and responsibility for customer success, representing customer needs internally. • Experience working in a high-paced startup environment is a plus. • Preferred Knowledge in the Following Areas: • Cloud Services: AWS, GCP, Azure • Programming Languages and Scripting: JavaScript, Python, Bash, PowerShell • Networking: TCP, UDP, REST API, SSL/TLS • Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
