📋 Description

• The Business Analyst will be a key driver in transforming business processes through technology. • Responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements from various stakeholders, recommending effective and optimal solutions, and documenting proposed implementations. • Lead and prioritize projects to ensure timely delivery, facilitate system implementations, drive user adoption, and provide ongoing user support. • Focus on improving internal and external applications, such as digital customer self-service portals, order processing systems, and enterprise applications, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all projects. • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project and system success. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all business units to understand requirements and align solutions with organizational goals. • Work closely with leadership to interpret business strategies and develop short-term and long-term goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMP, Agile certifications). • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology implementation projects. • 5 -7 Years Experience. • Prior involvement in digital transformation or tech stack upgrade projects (CRM, ERP, PIM, CMS, etc.). • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. • Understanding of digital technologies like cloud computing, APIs, databases, and modern tech stacks. • Knowledge of specific tools/platforms relevant to the project (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Power BI, etc.). • Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello). • Strong analytical and critical thinking to gather and interpret complex business requirements. • Ability to create process maps, workflows, and diagrams to support decision-making. • Excellent verbal and written communication to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong presentation skills to deliver clear and actionable insights to stakeholders. • Expertise in engaging with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Operations, Sales). • Ability to manage competing priorities and align stakeholders on common goals. • Ability to lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder discussions. • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams. • Skilled at resolving roadblocks and mitigating risks during project phases. • Flexible to adjust scope and deliverables based on changing business needs. • Comfort with data modeling, analytics, and visualization to support decision-making.
