Description

β€’ As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the North American marketing team, helping to create demand and accelerate deals across Canada and the United States. β€’ In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, development and execution of the field marketing plan. β€’ This position will drive programs with the goal of generating quality leads and pipeline, accelerating the sales cycle, and building customer relationships. β€’ Own the field marketing calendar with a focus on industry conferences, tradeshows, proprietary regional events, and customer events β€’ Identify and evaluate third-party events that match target accounts, verticals and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) β€’ Form strong relationships with top industry shows/organizers, associations, groups, vendors, and thought leaders β€’ Manage the on-site execution and operations of our conference presence and booth builds, speaking engagements, and proprietary events β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to secure buy-in, set goals, and identify new opportunities for regional success β€’ Manage virtual webinar-based programs from inception and promotion to execution and follow up β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to generate ideas to drive webinar registration and audience engagement β€’ Craft email marketing campaigns and nurtures with a strong focus on live and virtual-based events β€’ Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of programs β€’ Monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate on strategies to optimize ROI and achieve business objectives β€’ Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, including senior management, on the impact of field marketing efforts

Requirements

β€’ An understanding of demand generation best practices, principles and tactics β€’ Experience managing events and conferences of all levels, as well as speaking engagements β€’ Demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple programs with self-sufficiency and agility β€’ Strong organizational skills β€’ Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence β€’ Experience working with channel/alliance partners a plus β€’ Travel as required, up to 20% of the time β€’ 5+ years of proven marketing experience in field marketing, event marketing and/or demand generation; B2B SaaS experience a plus β€’ Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Pardot) β€’ Ability to work with marketing analytics tools to track performance, analyze data and generate insights β€’ Ability to analyze and action provided in data visualization tools β€’ Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline
