Description

• The Financial Analyst will provide analytical insights and solutions to business activities. • Collaborate with teams on planning, forecasting, ad hoc analysis, and project support. • Develop relationships with business partners to drive financial outcomes. • Evaluate financial performance by analyzing variances and trends. • Leverage technology to improve reporting activities.

Requirements

• Software / SaaS industry experience • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field • 3+ years of corporate financial experience required • Experience working for a fast-paced growing company • Proven ability to take initiative and be proactive, with the desire to grow and learn • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally at various levels within a company • Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills • Attention to accuracy and detail required • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Ability to travel to Minneapolis office 1X per month and located within driving distance of office location
