📋 Description
• We are seeking a proactive Sales Application Support in the SaaS healthcare market to drive sales velocity and increase win rates by providing expert technical support to sales teams and customers with a strong focus on onsite engagement. • Travel to customer sites as needed to provide hands-on support during the sales process, during any sales phase. • Lead technical product demonstrations, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and offer tailored solutions that align with the customer’s needs. • Provide ongoing technical training and support to sales teams. • Establish strong, trusting relationships with key customer stakeholders during onsite visits. • Collaborate with sales teams and leadership to create and implement strategies that boost Average Selling Price (ASP). • Develop and deliver product training for internal teams, ensuring that everyone has up-to-date knowledge of the product’s capabilities.
