β’ The Business Development Manager at ServiceChannel plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales development team β’ This mid-level management position is crucial for leading a growing team of BDRs to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets β’ The BDR Manager will develop and execute outbound sales strategies while expanding the team β’ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of BDRs ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets β’ Set and monitor BDR performance metrics, including calls, emails, meetings booked, and lead generation β’ Work closely with the Head of Sales Enablement and Sales Leaders to refine outbound sales strategies β’ Oversee the onboarding of new BDRs, delivering training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and effective use of sales tools β’ Ensure adherence to sales processes, optimizing workflows, and improving the efficiency of CRM and sales engagement tools β’ Partner with cross-functional teams to align on lead generation strategies
