Description

β€’ The Business Development Manager at ServiceChannel plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales development team β€’ This mid-level management position is crucial for leading a growing team of BDRs to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets β€’ The BDR Manager will develop and execute outbound sales strategies while expanding the team β€’ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of BDRs ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets β€’ Set and monitor BDR performance metrics, including calls, emails, meetings booked, and lead generation β€’ Work closely with the Head of Sales Enablement and Sales Leaders to refine outbound sales strategies β€’ Oversee the onboarding of new BDRs, delivering training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and effective use of sales tools β€’ Ensure adherence to sales processes, optimizing workflows, and improving the efficiency of CRM and sales engagement tools β€’ Partner with cross-functional teams to align on lead generation strategies

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 12 months of B2B Enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in a technical product or AI-driven environment β€’ Proven track record in scaling and managing a BDR team β€’ Must be a Certified Clay Expert with deep experience using tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator or similar sales prospecting platforms β€’ Ability to craft and maintain sales cadences that drive consistent success across the team β€’ Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data to monitor performance and optimize team efficiency β€’ Passionate about achieving ambitious goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team β€’ Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
