Description

• The Senior Business Systems Analyst role is responsible for documenting requirements, user stories, and success criteria. • This person will work with cross functional stakeholder and lead exploration discussions and requirement gathering sessions. • This role will also lead user acceptance testing and support System Administrators in testing and debugging. • The role is essential in refining user ideas into requirements which can be delivered successfully by development team. • The ideal candidate will be interested in solving problems, creating processes, and overdelivering when it comes to quality.

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication • Independent researcher – someone who digs into the problem before asking others for a solution • High comfort level working with operations and revenue organizations in the software industry – you’re used to discussing pipeline, recurring subscription management, and untangling process around them • Strategic thinking – you know first-hand that the first solution may not be the best solution, and you are comfortable driving best practices • 5+ years’ corporate experience • Ability to simplify and drive consensus • Self-starter, proactive approach – you want ownership from problem to solution, and are invested in sustained success • Salesforce.com Administrator certificate a plus • Demonstrated ability to drive solutions in Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud • Professional Analyst certificates (PBA, CCBA, etc) a plus
