Description

• Reporting to the Director of Global Corporate Infrastructure • Responsible for designing, building, and supporting enterprise production and DR environments • Architect, build, and operate high-quality production systems • Maintain and upgrade current IT infrastructure • Utilize scripting to optimize and automate system functions • Troubleshoot software and hardware-related issues • Be on-call for after-hours systems issues • Develop IT-related software tools and solutions • Manage user accounts and employee-accessible systems • Occasional global travel may be required • Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• 10+ years professional Information Technology or other similar industry experience required • Strong knowledge of computer server hardware components and maintenance • Virtual hosting technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM) • Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux systems experience a plus • Experience with Citrix products • In-depth understanding of the maintenance and administration of Active Directory • Programming/Scripting language experience • LAN/WAN and internet connectivity, troubleshooting, and documentation • Universal Communications/VOIP experience • Demonstrated skills in project management, negotiations and problem solving • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High motivation and willingness to take initiative • Mentoring of junior team members • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluency in English
