• Engage with various business functions to understand their needs and translate them into actionable projects. • Prioritize and execute projects that drive significant business value, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Manage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle or SAP, ensuring their optimal performance and integration with other business systems. • Lead initiatives in AI, data quality, Business Intelligence (BI), and automation to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes. • Oversee the successful delivery of projects by coordinating with globally distributed teams in a matrixed organization. • Foster a collaborative environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across teams. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all enterprise application projects. • Emphasize measurable improvements in project outcomes, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in managing ERP systems like Oracle or SAP. • Strong understanding of AI, data quality, BI, and automation technologies. • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage globally distributed teams in a matrixed organization. • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in enterprise applications and project management. • Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn the Fortive Business System. • Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in project outcomes, focusing on KPIs and ROI.
