Description
• At Fortive, we empower creativity and ground-breaking thinking to help us uncover breakthrough solutions and accelerate the pace of innovation. • We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Senior Technical Recruiter, specializing in Hardware/Software domains, to join our team. • In this role, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment of technical roles, leveraging your deep understanding of the talent market. • This remote role will be instrumental in supporting our business leaders across the Americas region.
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree: degree or equivalent experience in a talent acquisition or applicable HR experience within a global organization. • Experience: Extensive experience in technical recruiting or a similar role as part of a complex global organization, RPO or equivalent experience, with a demonstrated track record of success. Familiarity with needed labor and employment laws for countries where recruiting. • Sourcing Skills: Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including AI-enabled tools, with a proven ability to cultivate relationships with key talent sources. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in languages and culture of regions where recruiting talent.
