β€’ Fotona is seeking an Area Sales Manager based in the Dallas Area to prospect and develop new Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women's Health customers in our North Texas Territory. β€’ This is an excellent opportunity for a successful sales professional with honed prospecting and account development skills to break into the medical laser market. β€’ Gynecology Sales experience as well as Capital Equipment, Durable Medical Equipment, and/or Medical Device experience, and a proven track record in closing deals are a strong plus. β€’ Sales Professionals will gain hands-on education and experience with leading-edge laser technology while receiving a competitive salary and commissions and accelerating their career aspirations. β€’ Continuous study of Fotona products and the laser medicine industry is expected and required for success. β€’ Travel within a territory, as well as attending trade shows, trainings, and other events is required in this role. β€’ Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. β€’ Represent Fotona with high-level integrity and professionalism.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 2+ years experience in outbound business-to-business sales experience in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and/or Women's Health preferred. β€’ Capital Equipment, Durable Medical Equipment, and/or Medical Device sales experience is a strong plus. β€’ Demonstrated ability to develop qualified appointments. β€’ Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies. β€’ Excellent phone, written, and in-person sales and communication skills. β€’ A strong passion for prospecting. β€’ Basic MS Office Suite and computer/internet skills for communications and research. β€’ Experience using CRM tools, Salesforce preferred. β€’ Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently to produce results. β€’ Ability to drive within the territory daily. β€’ Ability to travel overnight (30% on average) within the territory and outside of the territory for attendance at national trade shows, trainings, and other events. β€’ Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed. β€’ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to push/pull very heavy equipment on wheels/casters occasionally. β€’ Ability to stand, lift, push/pull, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist/turn, walk, and reach throughout the day, ability to work at a computer and sit and/or drive for extended periods frequently.
