β€’ Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at Highway9 Networks responsible for managing enterprise accounts in a given region, identifying new sales opportunities, delivering sales presentations, negotiating and closing contracts, and managing customer relationships β€’ Creating, developing and executing sales strategies for the assigned region β€’ Responsibilities include owning, driving, and being rewarded for business; managing all aspects of the sales cycle; engaging prospects in a consultative sales process; owning and driving strategic sales opportunities at complex enterprise accounts; working on pipeline building; managing successful customer evaluations and proof of concept deployments; continuously gathering product and market feedback; cultivating customer relationships and satisfaction.

Requirements

β€’ Experience successfully selling networking technology i.e. enterprise networking, security, wireless, and/or cloud technology β€’ 5+ years experience driving complex enterprise sales processes, including $1M+ deals β€’ Comfortable working in a roll-up your sleeves, get your hands dirty start-up environment β€’ Experience selling to Global 1000 / Financial Services companies β€’ Strong consultative selling skills and disciplined sales process β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team β€’ Self-motivated and driven to succeed
