📋 Description
• Lead the team and manage deliverables related to scope, cost, schedule, and quality. • Serve as critical liaison between Epic application teams, IS partners, and operational stakeholders. • Provide expertise in supporting the EHR system. • Manage Epic application team consisting of 15-30 staff members. • Monitor performance of project delivery and project budgets.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • 5 years of experience managing technical staff • 5 years of experience working with Epic or 10+ years managing another EHR/EMR in lieu of 5 years of Epic experience • 5 years of experience across multiple healthcare departmental functions • Master’s Degree (Preferred) • PharmD (Preferred) • Epic Beacon certifications current or expired (Preferred)
