Description

• Support project administration, grant administration, and talent management • Contribute to operational processes for the department • Support the program's recruitment process • Maintain internal program recruitment databases • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires • Communicate with high-level executives and draft correspondence with various stakeholders • Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, documentation, and task lists • Develop and implement project plans with resource allocation • Align contracts and budgets to support grant requirements • Gather documentation for grant reports • Present KPI data in visually appealing ways

Requirements

• Experience tracking grant or project deliverables and timelines in a project management system • Experience reviewing monthly financial reports, quarterly forecasts, spending matrixes, and measuring key performance indicators • Experience coordinating multiple vendors/partners concurrently • Experience modifying/reviewing contracts, tracking invoices, and accounts receivable • Previous experience supporting, communicating, and working with senior leadership or executive staff • Strong presentations and meeting facilitation skills with internal and external partners • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems, tools, or platforms
