Description
• Manage the budget and resource allocation for RSN activities, ensuring effective utilization of funds and resources. • Serve as point person for long-range strategic planning activities for RSN offerings and services. • Oversee professional development opportunities, including Create opportunities for the RSN Coordinators to learn from each other and from experts. • Assist in recruiting subject matter experts to lead professional development activities. • Serve as a liaison between key partners. • Identify policy barriers and programmatic gaps in collaboration with the RSN team and colleges to advise Chancellor’s Office and Success Center leadership on policy and research opportunities to improve the experience and outcomes for students.
Requirements
• Expert-level subject-matter expertise in serving currently and formerly incarcerated students. • Familiarity with the community college system and/or postsecondary pathways and interventions that support student success including improved transition from incarceration to college, course-sequencing, program and pathway design, industry-aligned competencies and credentials, and acceleration in developmental education. • Ability to make connections and link learning to strategy development. • Passion for student educational achievement and career advancement. • Strong program, financial, and team management skills.
