• Provides Executive leadership to a Portfolio Manager group • Accountable for all operations of assigned assets and on-site employees • Supports company-wide projects and compliance monitoring • Conducts performance reviews and employee coaching
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years' experience with affordable housing programs • Affordable Housing Accreditation (HCCP, HCP-E, COS, BOS, TCS, CPO, etc.) or other applicable designations • Valid Driver's License • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software)
