Description

• Responsible for overall operations management for assigned locations/offices. • Establishes policy and procedures for compliance with best practices and client service requirements. • Monitors management reports for office performance. • Assists with sales and client service efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. • Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required including four (4) years of supervisory experience. • Strong technical claims knowledge. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products. • Leadership/management/motivational skills. • Analytical and interpretive skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Excellent negotiation skills. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
