📋 Description
• Responsible for managing a group of assets assigned by FPI Management • Accountable for all operations of the assets • Meet the expectations of each Client based on the operating budget and management agreement
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role within a Property Management environment • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required • College degree in a relatable field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in property management • Certification or designation from an accredited organization preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, COS, CPM, MPM, RMP, etc.) • Valid Real Estate Salesperson License (requirement varies by state) • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record and current motor vehicle insurance meeting State requirements • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
