β€’ Previous customer service experience β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills β€’ Experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment β€’ Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented β€’ Self-starting professional with a positive attitude β€’ Empathetic communicator with a customer-focused mindset β€’ Problem-solving and logical thinking skills β€’ Ability to work in a team environment β€’ Computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Drive β€’ Previous Salesforce and or Zendesk experience is a plus
