• Conduct virtual interviews with tutor candidates, assessing their qualifications, experience, and fit with Framework’s mission and culture. • Provide timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process. • Manage interview schedules to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and staff. • Collaborate with the tutor ops team to support hiring strategies and meet staffing needs. • Track candidate progress using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or internal tools. • Offer candidates a positive and professional experience, representing Framework’s values. • Assist with other department roles as workload changes arise.
• Prior experience in recruitment, interviewing, HR, or education is preferred. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work part-time hours aligned with Pacific Time (PT). • Tech-savvy, with experience using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom/google meet) and applicant tracking systems.
