📋 Description
• Masterfully handle client service delivery and high-tier systems or cloud projects. • Provide expert escalation resolution and root cause analysis. • Excel in client communications, embodying professionalism at every turn. • Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering growth. • Design and manage intricate Windows systems, VMWare, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments. • Lead transformative projects ensuring they deliver on scope and budget. • Engage in strategic discussions to help clients grasp technology investments. • Craft and uphold our technology best practices and process documentation. • Local travel: up to 50% (Chicagoland area) • Nationwide travel: up to 5% • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in Managed Services, Cloud, or Server Engineering/Architecture. • Expertise in VMware, Azure, and Microsoft 365. • Proficient with SAN/NAS storage technologies and advanced network management. • Experience with enterprise messaging and virtualization technologies. • Strong background in troubleshooting and technical standards development.
