Description

• Responsible for promoting ongoing sales growth and client retention through broker relationships • Prospects and develops new broker relationships • Researches and identifies new business leads • Cold calls to obtain new business opportunities • Develops and presents proposals and client specific solutions • Educates and trains brokers on FrankCrum products • Maintains professional licensing and participates in professional societies and webinars • Develops and manages the External Sales Department’s budgets • Meets monthly goals for RFP submissions and attends business meetings

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service, written, listening and communication skills, and sales experience • Knowledge of the PEO structure, cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, and probability and risk management is preferred • Able to work remotely and successfully manage the Georgia territory
