• Own all aspects of our brand’s execution in the Metro-NYC division (5 Boroughs + Long Island) • Manage & own all aspects of our distributor’s execution • Accountable to full Metro-NYC P&L • Lead weekly 1:1 calls with all of your direct reports • Ensuring your entire team is achieving their weekly targeted activity • Conduct Monthly KPI Reviews & Quarterly Joint Business Planning meeting with Big Geyser • Weekly tracking against distributor depletion targets • Monthly tracking against distributor revenue targets • Inventory and Purchase Order management • Communicate and execute on all retailer promo’s / programs • Bi-Weekly tracking against national and key regional chain mandates • Monthly tracking against independent distribution targets • Communicate, implement, and execute all local and national incentives • Ensure the Big Geyser team receives all Marketing/POS communication
