• Responsible for maximizing user engagement with Sales Enablement Tools • Support CRM users by optimizing processes and managing data • Serve as the main liaison between OCA and integration partners • Implement and deliver the CRM tool (HubSpot) to stakeholders • Recommend CRM best practices to optimize ROI • Develop and execute Organizational Change Management, Training, and Adoption plans • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote growth and build custom reports • Maintain expertise in CRM system capabilities and user requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field of study or equivalent 8 years of experience • 5 years of related work experience, including SaaS administrator/product owner/management or other insurance operations industry experience • Serve as the primary CRM Administrator for HubSpot Marketing Cloud required
